His career spans 15 years in Europe including Sweden, Denmark, Germany, and the UK and 10 years in Canada, where he established himself as a trusted advisor to food manufacturers and emerging brands.

Drawing on deep expertise in Lean Six Sigma, food safety compliance, process optimization, and large-scale manufacturing systems, Ravi has helped numerous organizations achieve measurable and accelerated growth. His leadership includes guiding small and mid-sized producers through production scale-up, operational restructuring, and expansion into major retail and foodservice channels enabling businesses to grow from early-stage operations into multi-million-dollar brands.
